Volker Spies studied architecture in Aachen und Delft (NL). Since 1997 he worked for a number of architecture firms in London, Rotterdam und Cologne. Since 2002 he also specialized in real estate valuation.
Gunter Köhnlein graduated at RWTH Aachen University. Since 1998 he worked for renowned architecture firms including Ingenhoven Architekten (Düsseldorf) und Sir Norman Foster (London). He also specialized in Technical Due Diligence, and is certified consultant in Energy Performance Audits.
